Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV)
The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values exists to stimulate the growth and development of fraternity/sorority councils, chapters, and members by promoting leadership, educational, and values based experiences and resources for student leaders, their advisors, and the larger fraternal market.
Their mission is for all fraternity/sorority members to exemplify and live ethical values. They work toward our mission by educating and cultivating students and professionals through cutting edge events and services including conferences and institutes, service immersion experiences, leadership resources, and multiple venues for networking and connecting with peers and colleagues who support the advancement of the fraternal movement.

The Panhellenic Council received The Sutherland Award for excellence on the Three Star level. The Sutherland Award recognizes the top achieving Panhellenic councils in the nation.

AFLV 2018
The Panhellenic Council has won the Sutherland Award in Division III seven out of the last nine years. The award is for councils between eight and thirteen chapters. This award is given to the Panhellenic Council that achieves the highest average score in eight award categories.

AFLV 2015
- In 2015, OSU's Panhellenic Council won awards from the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values and the National Black Greek Leadership Conference (AFLV/ NBGLC) in the following categories: Academic Achievement, Membership Recruitment, Public Relations, Council Management, Philanthropy and Community Service, Risk Reduction and Management, and Self-Governance and Judicial Affairs.
- The Panhellenic Council received the Sutherland Award in Division III for the fourth time in five years. The Sutherland is given to the top achieving council.
- OSU also received the Gamma Sigma Alpha award for having the highest differential between Greek and non-Greek GPAs in the Midwest Region of the nation.
