COVID-19 testing Instruction (possible self-isolation may be required)

Updates: (January 7, 2021):

Please follow CDC guidelines. You will need to schedule your COVID-19 testing at the University Health Services (UHS) upon arrival at https://uhs.okstate.edu/ make-an-appt.html. As a new international student, you will also be required to have Tuberculosis screening and submit your immunization verification at the UHS. 

 

New International Graduate Students need to schedule a "Health Screening" with University Hearth Service.

New International Undergraduate Students will be expected to participate in a "Health Screening"

on January 11th, 12th, or 13th, 1:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M. at University Health Services 1212 Farm Road by call-in appointment.

 

All students must present a Negative COVID test result before completing Registration with ISS office.
