Refund Policy

Payment for Camp Cowboy will be billed to the student's first Bursar bill in the fall semester. The cost detailed below reflect the 2024 programs. All policies are final.

Session Cost

Cost for Camp Cowboy is $315.

Dates to Remember

February 1 – Camp Cowboy registration opens.

February 1 – May 1 – Free cancellation period.  If a student selects to cancel their Camp Cowboy registration between the dates of February 1 - May 1, no registration fees will be charged.

May 1 – Cancellation deadline. Students who cancel their Camp Cowboy registration after May 1 will be charged the full registration fee to their first Bursar bill of the fall semester, even if initial Camp Cowboy registration occurs after May 1.

No-Shows - Registered campers who no-show for their camp will be charged the full amount of the camp registration fee.

 

If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent the student from attending their session, please contact us at campcowboy@okstate.edu to reschedule or cancel the student’s session.
