Refund Policy

All costs for Camp Cowboy will be billed to the student's first tuition bill in the fall semester. All costs below reflect the 2023 programs. All policies are final.

Session Costs

Cost for Camp Cowboy 2023 are as followed:

• Stillwater Camp: $314 
• Quest Camp: $290

Dates to Remember

No refunds will be given after May 1, even if registered after May 1.

• If a student selects to cancel their registration from February 1- April 30, the student will not be charged the fee. 

If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent the student from attending their session, please contact us at campcowboy@okstate.edu to move or cancel the student’s session.
