TUTORING

The LASSO Center's Paul Milburn Tutoring Program is a service offering free one-on-one tutoring to any student on campus needing assistance. Qualified tutors meet certain GPA and course content criteria and are approved by the LASSO Center staff.

LASSO SUCCESS COACHING PROGRAM

Free Success coaching is offered to all undergraduate students. Success coaches are community members, graduate students and retired faculty who are committed to student success. Coaches can help students develop time-management plans and study schedules, resolve issues adjusting to campus, implement success strategies and improve relationships with peers and professors.

LASSO CENTER COURSES

Most incoming freshmen at OSU will be required to enroll and complete a Freshman Orientation course their first semester at OSU. Freshman Orientation is designed to help freshmen adjust to the demands of college life.  Students advised through the LASSO Center will generally enroll in UNIV 1111.
