Transfer Camp

Camp Cowboy is an opportunity for all students to prepare for life as an OSU Cowboy! Whether you are an incoming freshman, transfer, or non-traditional student, Camp Cowboy works to create an all-inclusive experience for all students from every walk of life. Specifically for transfer/non-traditional camp, we have condensed the traditional Camp Cowboy schedule to accommodate the needs of this unique student population. Attendants will participate in experiences with counselors who also transferred to OSU and learn the traditions of Oklahoma State University as well as learn about our resources, life as a Cowboy, and learn all the tips to succeed at our university.  All Camp Cowboy staff are current OSU students who want to meet and help the next generation. They are college students who have experienced all that is at OSU and are ready to share the inside scoop with you! Don't miss out!!

 

Additionally, we wanted you to know that we understand that our Non-Traditional and Transfer student populations sometime have spouses/significant others and/or children, and that they are welcome to attend at no additional cost.  We just need to be made aware of their attendance, so we can prepare for them. We will have alternative activities for the children ages 4-13 including games, a tour of campus, and a few other surprises we don't want to spoil. We simply don't have the capacity to care for children under the age of 4, but they are welcome to be with you during the program.
